"I have visited the location in French Valley a few times since it opened about a year ago. Each time I look forward to it being better than the last. However, it remains a hot mess. The stainless steel food prep counter is always covered with the prior twenty customers food, the food bins have spillover from the nearby container, and the server scoops only a half serving while actively spilling contents into the adjacent bin. The servers are always nice, but slow and sloppy. I thought these were issues due to a new crew and expected it to improve. I give up. This is the worst Chipotle in the region."
"No wonder they have 3 stars. Went in to pick up my order i placed, asked for a cup of sauce from the cashier and she tells me to go ask the people making the food because she doesnt have those lol ( there is already a line) when she could easily have asked for me like any other chipotle cashier i asked have done. Trash customer service"
"Small portions, poorly cooked meat, stale chips and a sloppily wrapped burrito. Be better. I plan to give them one more try but this is twice now this chipotle has been subpar. Make this time number 2 with a burrito barely larger than a can of soda."
"Yet again another disappointment what is going on in the Temecula Murrieta area. Place my order online picked up in the lanes. The person who prepared the food Needs proper training. My food was cold missing items when I tried to call no answer. You guys need to do better"
"They give you no meat and over stuff your burrito with rice. My burrito was soaked from the salsa and instantly fell apart. The little to no carnitas I did have had no flavor and was really fatty. Would not recommend this chipotle."
