"Stopped for fries at breakfast time and they gave me STALE fries and BURNT meat. The lady at the drive thru knew and made me another batch. When I asked her about it she said she didn't know. She didn't even even apologize.... they could have given the fries correctly but instead made me drive home and come back. To top it off they charged me fries that are supposed to have avocado, they charge me for it, didn't have any to put on it, didn't tell me and just said well there's nothing we can do about it. If you don't have everything to put on it and don't tell a customer isn't that considered stealing??? If I didn't have enough to pay for the order you wouldn't give it to me... how is this any different ????"

"My only issue was the fries. They were hot but burnt. Put at the bottom of the bag. That's not like Del Taco. They are known for having great French fries. Plus, the fries tasted weird, like a heavy oily taste. Please don't change the oil you use to cook the fries in. But the employees are always nice and great at their jobs."
