"I did the drive through and ordered my food was super fast. I paid and right after my food came out. Well I messed up and ordered it wrong. So I went inside and told them I messed up and so I paid for the difference and the manager there went and remade my food. Even though I messed it up she took it upon herself to help me out and make my food again the way it was supposed to be done if I had ordered right. She didn’t have to do it but she did and that’s big in my book thank you."
"You feel like this place's employees know nothing about service and customer care. I ordered 8pc family meal and added another 8pc chicken. I asked for extra house salsa. The lady asked how many do you want I said 15 (little things) I thought for 7 people 2 each would be good. She said she can only give me ten, she suggested to purchase extra salsa for $5. I declined because it's ridiculous, I'm just asking for 5 extra little packets. I asked her to ask a manager, she gave me 3 extra salsas lol. It felt so silly to pay $40 and getting 3 extra salsas. I would've left but she had already changed my card. I took the meal home for my guests. No napkins! You wonder why people are packed at In n out??? Because you get a good customer care and service ."

"Food is always delicious, customer service is always good. No issues from this particular restaurant regarding taste of food. I ordered the chicken and cheese bowl, flavor was good, didn't provide enough shredded chicken (1/2 spoon of chicken) for the amount of rice and beans given (two spoon fills of each)."
"Ordered a double chicken tostada salad, and I got double burnt chicken. All the chicken was hard and burnt. I couldnt even finish the salad without being nauseous and having a loss of apetite. However, employees were very polite, the restaurant was clean and the service was great. I just couldn't stomach that extremely burnt chicken."
