Didn’t offer any solutions and was just expecting me to pay for it when I didn’t order extra chicken. I never write reviews, but I am very upset at how I was treated."
"Got a long piece of straight hair in my food while it was in my mouth!!!!! My hair is curly. PUT A HAIR NET STOP TRYING TO LOOK CUTE WITH YOUR LITLE SIDE HAIRS ON THE SIDE OF YOUR HAT YOU’RE NOT. THIS IS DISGUSTING AND NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!"
"The Hispanic girly with piercings all over her face is horrible. Should not be working customer service. She gave me guac that was basically half full and it’s so expensive so I came back and asked for her to add more and she very sloppily took it and gave it back alleasdh I had to clean myself and the cup of guacamole. If she’s having a bad day send her behind home. Also nobody wanted to give me their name even the manager.. weird"
"I just wanted to say our host, I believe her name was Katelyn, was super sweet, especially working so late. My boyfriend and I came after the gym and the food was amazing, warm, and the store was clean. I want to give props specifically to the staff working yesterday night (8/30/23) around 9 PM, they deserve all the recognition!"
"Food is great and fresh. The atmosphere is very boring. It’s always messy. The area you get your drink, napkins and utensils is either always dirty, sticky or they’re out of forks. It’s always the forks! You walk in and not a single person greets you. The attitude the servers have are wild. Just a bunch of kids with attitudes. After you pay. Don’t expect a thank you!"
