"It is reasonably good the service is reasonably good prices are a little better than competitive. I just have the jack tacos but there wasn't a place below to market. Jack also has very good coffee for a fast food place."

"My receipt time says 5:10AM. I acknowledge that to say how do you mess up an 8pc nugget and Jr Jumbo Jack order when literally no one else was in the drive thru? It has been 3 different visits of mess ups with whomever makes the food early AM. This time they left the lettuce off of my burger. 2nd time they gave me 7 nuggets instead of 8. The first time no grilled onions on my chicken pita. Of the 2x I ordered that, 1 was told they had no grilled onions. That’s cool. But every time a customer should be made aware if a particular ingredient is not available. I imagine it being some young person not long out of high school that just likes to mess with peoples food. Perhaps it’s pay back for me complaining about my missing nugget. Or just plain old incompetence. Either way, the owner of the location needs to re train that person, write them up or terminate. People want what they pay for in its entirety. I call to complain and I assume they know it’s me and they refuse to pick up. Again, wasn’t busy. I called another time, it was suddenly busy. The employees there are a joke and I will no longer eat at that location. We will all be happier that way. SMH."

"I ordered a breakfast croissant I think it was called the ultimate croissants or something like that the first on the list. Very skimpy it was such a flat sandwich. That's my complaint today. The ham you could not get it anything or the cheese you could not have gotten in any thinner the bacon was already like a half bacon and they broke it in half so I had like a half a bacon on that sandwich. I know it was only $4 and something but when you order a sandwich you want a sandwich"

"I never go inside this restaurant because the only time I eat here is late Nate when everything else is closed. The food is ok and the staff is very interesting. Distinctly different personalities among the workers but all of them are interesting in their own way. I usually have I good experience going through this drive through"

"The girl who take orders at drive through window, 3:05pm shift, Lucy or Lucille,,chuuby with tats,,,soo rude. If it’s her first time, I understand people has their day at work but I’ve been coming here every week for my kids meal after school and OMG she has been rude!!! Manager need to re-train her on customers service or let her go before losing customers."
