"Finally got lunch here on a Thursday arrived before noon and only had about 4 pp ahead of us. After seeing the long lines and reading about this BBQ I was excited to try this and they did not disappoint. We tried the pulled pork and brisket taco, brisket sandwich, mac & cheese and Creole potato salad. Everything was delicious, pork was juicy and portions were large. You get a number if your sitting down to eat, food delivered and it was fast after we ordered. For drinks you order separately at their bar, which they also sold beer. Sodas are bottled. If you want beef ribs they only sell those on the weekends. Service was friendly and thanked us for our business when we left."

"Had a Ratatouille “zoom in to idyllic flashback” moment when I took my first bite of the banana bread pudding. It’s that good. The brisket is as perfect as you could possibly ask for outside of Texas, the pulled pork is the perfect texture, the pork ribs have the perfect give and bark, and the cornbread should belong in the Smithsonian for generations to study."

"First time in town so we decided to go where the long line was. This is truly a gem. Absolutely great tender brisket with a fabulous flavor. The Mac and Cheese is the best I’ve tried ever!! We ordered a couple of beers while waiting in the line so we didn’t feel the time. They have few but nice selection of beers from which I recommend the Hazy IPA and the Mexican lager. Next time in town for sure we will come back!!’"

"I came here with friends around opening time on a Saturday around 11am and there was a pretty large line already. The line took about 45-50 minutes before getting to order. The bar is separate so you can grab a drink while waiting in line. Although, by 1pm there was no longer a line, but I'm unsure how much of their smoked meats they had left. Food wise, the brisket was excellent, wonderful smoke ring with just enough fat. The beef rib was also very good, but not the best I have ever had. The chili was super meaty and savory. The menudo sausage of the day was interesting and went very well with the mustard they provided. The coleslaw was okay, and could have used a bit more tang or acidity to cut through all of the meats. The mac and cheese was a pretty solid side. The pulled pork was surprisingly good, moist and a good addition to the plate. Our plate of food served 5 adults. If I'm in the area again I would come back."

"We came about 20 minutes before it opened and their was already a line. Beautiful area. Once it opened the line went quickly. A little pricey for BBQ, but everything was amazing. We had brisket, pork ribs, hot links, Cole slaw, and spicy cucumber. Everything was amazing, highly recommend!, ps we had our dog with us, and it's a dog friendly deal. Even dog water spot."
