"I was kind of disappointed with the attitude and service from the BACK LINE female staff here. They were extremely rude and judgemental, initially denying me access to the bathroom because they didn't think I was going to purchase food. Then I ordered enough forward a family of 4 and when I went back due to address a mistake which was a simple fix they were even more unhappy with me insisting that they included the item until we unbagged my food entirely and triple checked the receipts before admitting their mistake and that I wasn't just lying and trying to rip them off for an extra taco! If there's a Next time it's the drive thru for me!"

"Now that Newsom is giving fast food workers $20/hr they cut the work staff from 6 to 2. Now there is no one to take your order at the front. You have to use a computerized order board which is hard to figure out to order. I won't be going back!"

"Holly smokes! Is that still a say'n, probably not...but I don't feel I'm that old. Although it probably was never a say'n over the last 60 years. But keeping it PG and that's the best I can come up with! It's a nearby high schools dance tonight so it's crazy busy. These guys and maybe girls, I'm not sure, are crushing it. I've never seen an In-n-Out size line in the drive thru anywhere but In n Out, at least not until tonight. The guy handling the drive thru speaker was phenomenal. No issues understanding each other and was obviously doing many things at the same time, but doing them well. The cooks were obviously crushing it too. They were all having a good time handling the rush and were all making it seem that they were stoked to be working and handling the crazy rush. The food came out as if it was mid day Monday. Exactly how I had ordered it, and not just thrown together. Really amazed at this team working tonight. They were on top of it. The restaurant from what I could tell looking through the windows was super clean. The outside was immaculate. The drive thru lane was litter free and very clean. Thank you for doing what you do."

"It's Taco Bell... what can I say except that after Taco Bell, it's Taco. Doritos Taco is great! Only downside is the orange fingers. I wanted to be courteous to the employees that are behind the counter, but sometimes the rudeness in their own eye contact of the rolling of the eye is very classic and all I wanted was mild hot sauce. Waited and waited and waited. No one acknowledged I was there. Rudeness and indifference from staff can sour the experience and leave a bad taste in your mouth."
