"Visited Jack in the box #3275, at Edinger, next to the Tustin Train Station, and planned to use a coupon discount. They do not honor the coupon outright, to received it, one must telephone to receive a code and return to claim the discount. What a disappointment and letdown. Not worth the time and effort. This location seems to be failing on all fronts. Poor pubilc relations. NEVER AGAIN."
"No drinks refilled, service is terrible, like they're forced to help you and bathrooms are disgusting. Workers just stand around talking about their personal business at the front desk. This is why we raised their wages?"
"Clean, neat and quiet. The service was fast, food was hot and very good! Bathroom was clean and kept up. Really liked watching the lady at the counter, she was so cheerful and attentive to her customers, very impressed! Give her five stars for sure! ☆☆☆☆☆"

"Bathrooms dirty, LIKE DIRTY. lobby not clean. DIRTY. No trays given for dinning in. Said manager doesnt want customers to have a tray to eat in the lobby. Lobby music WAY TOO LOUD, its like the btanch davidian stand off out here, jesus youre trying to make it uncomfortable so that people leave the lobby I get it you have a problem with people you know camping in your lobby or whatever but that's kind of what you have to deal with as a place of business where people eat that you're going to stop there and stay for 20-30 minutes you need to put up a sign that says after 20 or 30 minutes you must leave no loitering around or something that's what other people have done to deal with this issue the way that you're handling it is improper probably goes against your corporate guidelines What the hell is wrong w you manager. Response expected. March 20 2023."
