"I'm from fort Worth Texas and I come to California for work. This burger is freaking awesome. It's juicy, it cooked perfect, the fries got me. They are so good. These people were so nice with me and very polite and pleasant to talk to. Also the girl mopping who I fell in love with but that's another story. I will be back. Thanks and keep the good job going"

"So pleasantly surprised by this place, was a walking distance away from the where i was staying and had seasoned burgers, homemade ranch, and it was so good I went back for breakfast and had an amazing breakfast burrito."

"Always loved this place until today. Ordered patti melt combo. It came much latern than people who ordered after me and I don’t know what they did with patti melt but it was cold, patti tasting weird, and no caramelized onions as usual. They made me a new one for me but still not the same patti melt I eat every other week. It was exactly like the first one they made for me. I don’t know if the cook is changed and the cook doesn’t know how to make patti melt. Look at the picture."

"First visit at Brea' Best! Love the older diner vibe inside! Pretty big menu, friendly & fast service. Came here with my wife for late Saturday breakfast! Pretty solid breakfast burrito!"

"(thumb down) i'm kind of surprised to see this place has an overall rating of 4.4, even though i rate them a 4 star, but had to really think it through to give them 4 stars, maybe it might really be 2 star or 3 star. this is what you would seriously call a dive. half painted walls outside unpainted steel posts 1 single bathroom for all customers food is edible, but not spectacular prices kind of high i posted a photo of my receipt $26 ++ dollars for a coffee (very watery / low quality), 1 burrito, 1 side of hash browns (really small), 1 bacon breakfast = $26 nowadays, paper plates, no napkins, have to ask, salsa is low quality, and there was egg shell in my burrito and a big chunk of egg shell, i had to crunch on, really ruined my experience. Even though I have eaten here dozens of times under the old owner it was MUCH better, the current owner, must be struggling, you can see at times the parking lots is empty - another time i had a burger, since BURGERS is in the name you would expect a real FLAGSHIP burger, but it was low quality, crumbly bun, thin meat, over done on the lettuce, no real flavory sauce, not even sure if it was thousand island, or some sloppy sauce, pickles have a low quality taste, not like a good kosher dill, there were just like salt pickles, no crunch, not crisp - honestly for $26 i cringe to say worth it - eat at your own risk-not a tourist attraction - just a dive"
