"Always enjoyed their burgers. Superstar with cheese no onion is really good. Not in n out good, but still satisfies. Their prices are also higher than every other fast food restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. The other day I spent over $40 for a couple a burgers, fries and chicken stars. We go to carls less frequently because of these extortionate prices."
"Ana who took my order was excellent. I loved the great customer service. The food though was cold and a bit disappointing. It is a hit and miss depending on the way the food is either prepared or the quality is subpar. This has no reflection on Ana at the Laguna Hills Lake Forest Carl's. I just wished the burger buns weren't dry and French fries cold. Hopefully the food can be better"
