"When did it become such an issue for a manager to provide three sauces for an order? I ordered two sandwiches. I asked for three ranch dressing. The manager rudely told me that I can only have one and that I would be charge for each additional. Seriously. I asked for a reason and she just became dismissive. Did the price of ranch go up that much?"
"Came with 3 people, they got tacos. I got a burger and a drink. This isn't stomach flu cause we all live together. I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning and was sick for 2 days."
"Been here 3 times over the last couple of months. Today I waited for almost 5 minutes and no one came to the register to take my order so I left. The time before the cashier was just plain old rude. Prior to that I tried to order a burger with a lettuce wrap but came with the bun. Very tired of their poor service and have plenty of options around. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this location."

"Always friendly. Most of the time they get the order exactly right, which is a modern miracle vs door dash and half the other places we order take out/drive thru from. Why did you take the mozzarella sticks off the menu??? They were my family’s favorite mozzarella sticks above all but the most authentic Italian restaurants!!"
