"Excellent food with one exception. The brownie... well, BJ Restaurant brownie does a better job. I tried cutting them into squares like in the picture they have. I had to use a spoon to scoop it out in clumps like ice cream. It had a grainy texture to it. So I dumped it."
"Visited this place today . Haven't been here for quite a while. We had a very polite and helpful young lady serve us. Her service was exceptionally friendly. I think her name may be Lucia. I hope she is rewarded by her employer for her great service to the customers."
"Why are these chicken so small??? The chicken didn't taste like anything, the least you can do is season them. Yesterday we bought a bucket of chicken, the piece were so tiny and there was no taste to it at all. I regretted spending $39.99 plus tax on those chicken, it definitely was not "finger licking good". 2 stars for customer service and cleanliness."

"It’s currently 4:53 PM (12/8/22), I’ve been trying to call this store to complain, but no one’s answering. Bought the $19.99 12-pc. dark meat deal and a large gravy, was charged $27 something. When I asked how much the gravy was, guy at the window said $5.50 (or .60, something like that). I asked a different nearby KFC, they said it’s $3.99. Didn’t even give me my receipt in the order bag, wasn’t able to check since I went drivethru. So are the employees pocketing the change then? Edit: Kept trying to call, but no one’s answering. So I just called to file a complaint with corporate. Hope the stealing was worth it."
