"Food was spoiled or old or something because I had the steak burrito for lunch and was sick later in the day. Should have called the health department."
"Never had issues before but it looks like service was downgraded recently. Twice when I came to this Rubio's location, cashiers did not have friendly personalities and made very minimal effort to answer simple questions. One of them didn't even make eye contact while responding and walked away quickly after being unhelpful. Sometimes they don't greet the customers at all. Lady the front was ok and at least seemed sincere, but other staff members really need to be trained to act more professionally and adjust their attitude. Please don't work in customer service if you want to treat people this way."

"Always a great eat. We got our food fairly quick and it was great. I always get the burrito especial. They have a free salsa bar which is also great and good options for family eating. Wish the tables were a little more clean though."
