"Three stars not one, because it's not always this bad. Our food came out before soup unsolid so we return the plates pending eating our soup and salads. when our entrees were redelivered again The food was dry and crusty from sitting under heat lamps. they should have just remade the plates. The server was very friendly but he his head was just somewhere else chatting with other workers and such instead of minding the customers."
"Usual olive garden taste and quality. Same consistency as other olive garden outlets. Lots of tables and wasn't actually crowded on weekends but recommended booking a table ahead just to avoid any unnecessary waiting. Food quality was good and ingredients seemed pretty fresh. A Lot of drink options available. Ample veg options available. Servers were friendly and quick in responding. Wheelchair accessible. Free parking available on the premises. Food quality: 4/5 Value for money: 4/5 Service: 3.5/5 Ambiance: 3/5"
"Miserable experience tonight. Completely dissatisfied with the wait times and lack of service. Waiter lacked decent conversation skills and spoke with slang, everything was rushed and we did not even get our food. My kids filled up on salad and were ready to leave before we even got our entrees. Sat 1/27 dinner service was not worth it. Wish I stayed home. To cap it off, on the way out my kid got sick and threw up his soup. Fitting ending I guess."
"Food: You can not go wrong with the soup and salad special during lunchtime. I also ordered the endless dipping sauce of alfredo, and it went perfectly with the breadsticks. Soups: Chicken & Gnocchi , Pasta e Fagioli, Minestrone (v), Zuppa Toscana. The chicken and shrimp carbonara is my all-time favorite! Service: one of the best Olive Garden locations in the Orange County area. The server was friendly and kind. The place is clean. Final thought: perfect place to eat at before going to the mall."
"Olive Garden by the Brea Mall Take Out Edition: Tour of Italy Breadsticks Zappa Toscana soup It was well packaged and warm when we opened them. I just heated it up a bit more and it was great! Food was delicious! Take Out is a great option if you’re not wanting to dine in."
