"I frequent Jack in the Box late at night, but my experience has been mixed. Occasionally, the order is incorrect, and notifying the staff can lead to frustration they don’t like it when you tell them your order is wrong. Moreover, there’s an odd practice at the pickup window where they ask me to reverse, seemingly to reset their timer. This adds an unusual touch to the overall experience."

"Food is trashy in this location .. and not only that, they threatened me through speaker on the parking lot where I parked to eat just like every time i order fast food.. they said this: «  you are being video recorded and no loitering is allowed in Jack in the Box parking lot » They said this 5 minutes after i ordered my food… one of two options: Either the management is a racist thug that you can’t trust with food or he is out of his mind and want to just screw up this business… not putting feet in any other jack in the box location… This is total madness"

"The cashier was friendly and polite. Food was good and restroom was clean. good experience overall , keep up the good work."

"New spot so everything is still pretty clean. Customer service is terrible seems like all the girls their hate their job and don't want to be there. Homeless people all over the place and you will be asked to leave if you stay more than 30 min even if you ordered food. Bathrooms require a code and you can tell the staff gets irritated when you ask them to unlock the door. Food does come out fresh and pretty fast. You can have all the hot sauce and ketchup you want but you will be charged for any other sauces even if you don't want ketchup."

"Very rude customer service from the 10pm -3am lady that work there. Gave me rancid tacos seems like they were from a previous order that some one forgot . This is the second time in a row I go around the same time and same lady with bad attitude wrong order didn't want to give no sauce even tho she had them in her hand and said there isn't any . I understand we all have bad days but it just seems she hates her job . Very disappointed with the service here"
