"I went to this El Pollo Loco on Nov 8th around 6pm. There was a guy and a girl working the front area. The guy comes up to take my order and he seemed agitated or angry for some reason. He took my order and I explained what I wanted and he replied rudely as if I should have known what the half chicken consisted of. His words were polite but I could tell he was just trying to be professional but it wasn't working at all. I was very polite to him the entire conversation. I asked him for 4 mild salsas with my order. He gave me only 3 salsas and more importantly he didn't put "ANY, 0" tortillas in the bag, so when I got home it was very disappointing it was ruined. I couldn't drive all the way back there because it was too far away. Something tells me this was done on purpose considering I made it very clear to him that I wanted 4 salsa and corn and flour tortillas. I guess I should have checked the bag to make sure everything I ordered was there so it was partially my fault for trusting him. I can also say, that this didn't seem to be a very clean establishment and won't go back because I would rather go somewhere that I felt welcomed."

"Don't be surprised if you get cat hair (or worse) in your food. I've seen a female worker obsessively feeding the cats in the parking lot. It's technically illegal for them to do that because once you feed any stray cats here in Lakewood, anyone doing that would, then, technically own those cats. Anyone with time on their hands could call the county on this location and close them down. It's disgusting, and its potentially hazardous to one's health. We have enough diseases out there. This store doesn't need to go on adding to it."

"Is my 1st drive-through experience at this El pollo loco which was really quick staff was extremely friendly however I believe since I didn't order is any avocado mix or condiments they didn't give me silverware or napkins to eat with my food. Chicken was a little over cooked but I'm ok with that. Mash potatoes were hot and good."
