"Food had Metal shavings in it. I complained, they said they would refund me but never did! I called 3 times and they are supposedly working on it. If you like food out of a microwave this is your place."
"Went though drive thru maybe I would get better service then other times. It took over 10 min to get my order. Came out and it was really cold, since it was given to another customer and brought back. Asked if I wanted it reheated. Eating out is getting so expensive really should be better service. I just took my reheated still cold food, with no condiments (yes they forgot those also) and left"

"Awful. Spent over forty minutes trying to cancel my online order and wasn't able to. I was redirected, than told to call back. The line kept getting disconnected. I suspect they were annoyed I was calling so picked it up but didn't respond hoping I would just hang up. I could hear the employees in the background. I stayed on the line and called with a different phone and didn't hear any ringing in the background. I just wanted to cancel my order."
