"Forgot HH has a El Pollo Loco. Picked up a 16 piece to go along with two sides. Sides were generous servings. So were the tortillas and salsa. The chicken was flawlessly grilled to perfection. Tasty crispy skin, juicy and tender meat, all made for mouth-watering goodness."

"This is the worst product, chicken is over cooked, i am reminded again why i dont like Pollo Loco anymore. Pollo Loco cashier needs to take a customer service class. She talked to me like i was bothering her. Waste of my money and time. I regret eating here because when i leave popeyes or KFC i leave happy. Here, I left dissatisfied."
