"I initially went in to use the bathroom. I had the intention of buying something. I stood there and the employees didn't say anything to me. They just looked at me and walked away. The employee who told me I could use the bathroom just stared at me while I was in line. I was the only one in the lobby. I don't even know how long I would have been standing there. A "we'll be right with you!" Makes all the difference. I felt ignored. So I left."
