"I BEEN COMING HERE FOR MANY YEARS EVEN BEFORE THIS TACO BELL WAS ESTABLISHED HERE ON THE CORNER OF WHTITIER AND GOODRICH .I WAS COMING HERE BUYING TACOS WHEN IT WAS "PUP N TACO " A REAL OG FROM THE PASS.WE HAD RESPECTFUL CURDIOUS PEOPLE. BUT NOW THIS YOUTH JUST DONT HAVE THE REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. TONITE THIS YOUNG AFRICAN FEMALE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH DIDNT TAKE MY ORDER RIGHT DROPED MY CHANGE ON THE GROUND AND DOESNT KNOW HOW TO GREET A CUSTOMER ON TOP OF THAT SHE SOUNDED AS IF SHE HAD FOOD IN HER MOUTH WHILE TAKING MY ORDER. MANAGER TRAIN THIS YOUNGER YOUTH ALONG WITH THIS AFRICAN GIRL WHO TOOK MY WRONG ORDER ON TOP OF THAT WHATS UP WITH DOES LONG NAILS. LUCKY HER NAIL DIDNT END UP IN MY FOOD THAT WOULD OF BEEN BAD ON YOU GUYS ."
"I wanted to eat taco bell today but thats not gonna be an option at this location.. poorly staff overwhelmed employees its just sad to see.. total vibe killer.. literally gonna google another nearby taco bell"
"I bought a soft taco supreme and nacho fries because I needed to use a bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting and void of toilet paper. When I got my food my soft taco wasn't supreme. I brought it back with digital receipt and they made a big issue looking for it on their order screen. I had the proof in hand. Then when they finally decided to fix it according to what I paid for, they didn't remake it. By the time they handled it the lettuce was wilted and cheese melted. One of my first jobs was at taco bell. I felt they did a poor job with customer service. Acted like it was a big deal and didn't just look at my receipt and fix it, and then when they finally agreed to they just added the missing ingredients on the no longer fresh item and never even apologized. This location has low standards."
"Surprisingly the original crunchy tacos were actually good, crunchy and not stale like most of the time in most taco bell locations. Staff was good. Atmosphere is lacking but overall did what it was supposed and kept my hunger away"
