"We placed an order with ihop points we racked over the months. When I get into the store. Mario (the manager) did not give us the order mentioning a tmobile promo and saying only one per family. We used our stack points in our accounts no promos. As a result we lost stack points and were charged $0.16 per order despite redeeming our points. Total? They only fulfilled 1 order out of 3 orders. We lost 10 stack points and our money charged for tax paid by credit card as well. Store is extremely small and 20 people in line ahead and 20 people behind you. Manager is likely overwhelmed and takes it out on customers to survive. Bad experience, bad place. Avoid location at all costs. Unless you like bad customer service, a confrontational manager and bad food and waiting in line with people coughing and 2 hours to get seated as others there were complaining. Customers waiting to be seated all the way outside standing around the block and people leaving. To top it off no parking available, you're better off going to their other Long Beach locations if you must use this chain."

"The food was good, fast service, they were busy. Only thing is they won't split checks when multiple people are paying. They can only take 2 different payments. The restaurant is very small and we were not comfortable at our booth. Our server was attentive."

"My kids and I had something to eat here. The food was as it usually is, good but nothing extraordinary. Our server was very polite and attentive. The only negative was the wait time for our food. It felt like we waiting an eternity maybe 25/30 minutes. I was not expecting that long of a wait since the restaurant was nearly empty but figured they did not have many staff so it wasn't something that would deter me from going there again plus we were all hungry so I am sure thar played a role of how long we felt we waiting."

"The service was lacking. I only saw 1 waiter and the place got busy after we got there. It left us neglected and unattended to for long periods of time. We asked for water refills 3 times. The food was average and it was very warm inside."

"This is for the Lakewood Blvd and Candlewood location, Thursday February 2nd, at 10:00 AM. My Gramma and Mom took me directly from the Long Beach Airport to this IHOP for an early lunch (I flew in from Reno for a visit). I had the Cowboy BBQ beef burger with French Fries, Mom and Gramma each had pancakes, eggs, and bacon. The food was delicious, hot, and flavorful, my Fries and Mom's hashbrowns were nice and crispy, their pancakes and eggs (over medium) were perfectly cooked. My Cowboy BBQ beefy cheeseburger was really good, lots of flavor, juicy, savory burger, fresh lettuce, lovely tomato slices, and crispy, jumbo onion rings with tangy BBQ sauce. Fries were really good, too, crispy and yummy! The two stars is for how tiny the restaurant is, resulting in having us seated in the last booth located way in the back, next to the very-busy and very loud kitchen door, and equally busy and noisy bathroom door, which was only 5 feet away from our table. Ew. Because of how tiny that area is back there, the radio speaker was just above us playing music so loudly -- and the doors frequently slamming -- that we could hardly hear ourselves talk. I wanted to do one star for that, but I'll be nice. That booth is in a really awful place. Waiter and staff are sweet and nice! Great food, great staff, awful booth...lol"
