"Hey the food is really good. The food taste & flavor here are similar to Southern Vietnam cuisine (which is a little bit sweeter than the Northern Vietnam cuisine). I highly recommend Hủ tíu (noodles with broth cooked from pork bones & dried vegetable (white radish, cilantro roots, … & served with pork, shrimps & quail eggs). The second dish is Cơm tấm, broken rice served with charcoal grilled pork, fried egg & Chinese sausage (if you like). The 3rd one is Bún chả (fresh noodles served with charcoal grilled pork, pickles, fresh herbs & fish sauce). The minus here is coffee. Although milk coffee is good but it’s quite expensive to me with that small cup. The restaurant environment is for family, friends but not dating."

"Best PHO I ever had in California, I came here at 10am to have the best beef soup for the rice noodles in a day, and it is indeed really good. Very fresh vegetables, beef is tender, and noodles are cooked in the perfect al dente style."

"The broth was clean like I love it. I’d have to say pho was okay, not bad but not the best I’ve had. It wasn’t super flavorful. The meat was far too fatty for me. I ordered the rib with brisket, both super fatty. I’d go again, to try the chicken or regular steak. The egg rolls were good, and I like the black cherry soda."

"This new pho place is literally my favorite in the area. I feel like most pho places in the South Bay has been pretty avg or meh compared to places in like Garden Grove. However ever since this restaurant popped up I am soooo happy I can consistently get a decent bowl of pho! Not only that, everything we’ve tried on their menu has been outstanding. Pho broth is super flavorful, tastes very homemade. The shrimp in the spring roll is plump and the pork is also a nice slice. The paper is wrapped nicely and has a nice chew. The sauce is yummy and isn’t too sweet. The cafe de sua has a reallyyy nice flavor, it’s slightly different than other places. Must try! Thai iced tea is well balanced, honestly wish they could sell this a boba shop haha but I guess I’ll just come here for my fix. I haven’t tried their vermicelli bowls yet and they don’t have other noodle soups like bun Bo hue but that’s good because that means they really focus on the pho here and they do it well!!! The tendon is nice and soft. The tripe is also cooked more soft and better quality than other local spots. This place rivals Saigon Dish but I think I like Saigon more for their bun Bo hue and I like this place for their pho. I think I will toggle between the two whenever I want some pho on Sunday I can come here instead. I will keep coming here. Thanks for serving up quality and consistent good bowl of noodle soup!!!!"
