"Very poor service… i asked my order cuz they didnt even asked your name when you order and the barista just answered me with no care at all “I DONT KNOW”. Waited and waited had to asked again if those drinks were our orders and still didn’t get confirmation staff dont know!!! And I order a medium and was given a small one. SO MUCH VERY RUDE STAFF!!!!"

"This is the only Starbucks I will not go to for coffee. I have gone 3 times, ordered what I always ordered..iced white chocolate mocha with Oatmilk, and no whipped cream. Each time, it tasted bad, not at all like it should taste. I asked the barista why it didn't taste the same, and she said .." Sometimes the machine doesn't give a full pump"...that made no sense to me, as I thought they made these by hand. She didn't offer to remake it. I decided then to never go back. It's a shame because it's on my way to work."

"This is what I got with a shaken espresso. I was running late for a meeting and couldn’t go back in to get it fixed. It’s missing 1/4 of it and they put 5 pumps of syrup instead of 1.5. Yuk! Just threw it away . I go there 3x a week thanks a lot Starbucks! Just threw away $7"

"Very nice Starbucks location! I went to this location to get a coffee before an interview. They were fast and efficient. I also like the bathrooms at this location! Very clean! There are two bathrooms with just the toilet inside and when you come out, there is a touch less sink, soap dispenser and air dryer all in one unit. A good bathroom at any eating establishment, is a huge selling point for me! I will be back to this location when I'm in the area again!"

"It took decades to get a Starbucks in Galt and now we have two of them but let me tell you, the one on C Street is in all rights, a Flag Ship location, when you walk in you get a feeling of expansive space , lots of room to move, large comfortable seating and plenty of power, USB outlets, Power Outlets underneath sitting areas, the outside patio area is going to be the top hangout spot in the fall, it is gorgeous and at night it lights up, the design of this Starbucks is special and really something to appreciate."
