"If you're in the vicinity, it's definitely worth giving this location a shot. The atmosphere is both pleasant and clean. The desserts made with shaved snow were delicious and had a unique presentation. As for the price, Vampire Penguin is not cheap, but it's not expensive either. For what you receive, the prices are accurate. I almost left there with an accent that was made up of tea and crumpets. Cheerio!"

"I was pleasantly surprised to find that folsom had one of these. I didn't know they had one until I was across the street. I was super excited because I wanted to try them for years. I saw the pictures also that they offered high tea. I am confused on how to make a reservation for the high tea. It's a tad confusing and they don't advertise the menu in a lot of places. You also can not just stop in when they're not busy for high tea. Cute picture opportunities and tasty snow. I'd go back and I really want to try high tea."
