"Did not answer during store hours which I can understand if busy but what was unnecessary was the extremely rude tone over the phone when finally answered. I wouldn't mind the whole being forced to walk through the drive thru if they hadn't given such an attitude over the phone as if I inconvenienced them by calling during their open hours in the middle of dead time. Honestly, wish I didn't bother ordering. More so a waste of time and money even having done so ahead of time in the app. The one off of Lincoln at least has way better customer service."
"Great drinks as always, but I have on numerous occasions had my drink barely half full. For the premium I pay for these drinks I expect to have my drink filled to the brim."
