McDonald's

"I see lots of complaints about this McDonald's, but I can only tell you about my personal experiences. I only show up for breakfast or for lunch at this location, and I have not had one single problem. It's much faster than going to the McDonald's down the street on sunrise, as that one is very busy. When I go to this McDonald's, many times I'm the only one in line. I get my food fast, and correct every time. I feel bad for those whose orders have been messed up after reading the reviews, and maybe someday mine will be screwed up too, but so far, I've gone countless times, and my orders have been perfect every time. Perhaps I'm just lucky in that regard. If I had anything to nitpick, sometimes I get a girl at the pickup window who doesn't make eye contact, and doesn't say thank you when giving me my food. I usually reply, "you're welcome" to the silence, but she doesn't care. I would think if you are now making $20 an hour, you should at least say thank you for spending money at your business. Not all of the pickup window girls are like that there, just a particular one."

"Order food on the app. Arrive. Turns out they don't have chicken (for crsipy). My app won't let me re-order (because I can't pick up the order I posted). So, I order inside... after finishing my meal, discover green potato fry (aren't those poisonous?)"

"My order usually includes well done fries without salt. I am looking for crispy fries - sometimes I get them, sometimes not. The staff think I want fresh fries, but I am looking for crispy. There's nothing they can add describing the order except for well-done and no salt. When I explain what I am looking for, I get it. This time they gave my dogs a pup cup!!! I didn't ask, the service person asked if she could give my dogs one. They shared it and loved it!! It was their first. We really enjoyed and appreciated it!!!! Thank you very much!!!!"

"My burger was raw, wrong sauces, missing apple slices for my daughters happy meal. Waited like 30 mins on the drive thru.Worst of all I did a mobile order so I can give them time. Since they always take so long. One year ago I found a long hair on my drink. And when I first moved to this area I literally found and acrylic nail inside my bag(3 years ago)This was the last time I come here! Just drive down the street to another location."
