"It's a mcdonalds, the surrounding shopping center is a little weird, but the food and service was fine."
"Went for a icecream cone and a burger. Something is wrong with the icecream maker. It was very icey and not at all creamy. The ice cream cones at Other McDonald’s locations are creamier. I will say that the burger was hot, and seemed well-made. I wish I could give them a half a star for that. Staff seem very friendly and accommodating, so kudos to the manager for that. But they got to fix that ice cream maker."
"Customer service is horrible. No one spoke to me for 5 minutes while I stood inside waiting to order. Then when I asked someone to take my order she couldn’t speak English? WTH? I do not recommend going here. Very frustrating."
"Used to be the best McDonald's in the area. Idk if it's new ownership or management but they suck now. Any soda you get tastes like all the flavors, they don't fill up fry containers, they charge for extra sauce when the app doesn't charge you, they don't give you the sauces you order through the app. The Arden one is busier but at least they don't suck"
