He also checked my other tires to make sure my daughter and I were safe. Thank you Les Schwab! Will definitely be back for my future car maintenance."

"I've been a customer of LS for over 45 years and this will be the most negative review on their service I've ever written. Let's start with 2 flat tires at the same time but only one was caught and fixed. The second flat was caught 30 miles later in the high desert. $100 later, having a stranger agree to plug my tire so I could limp back to Schwab to get the 2nd tire repaired. Here's the knock and suggestions, with punctures increasingly rare, may I suggest that when a customer comes in with a puncture, take 5 minutes more and check the rest of the tires. You fixed both tires and your team at Temecula were polite and helpful, just like the teams at every store I've gone to. BUT, if the other tires were just checked, it would have been another 5 star review."

"I'm not sure what happened to my review but went here back in Sept 2023 to get my tires repaired and when I got there, apparently my appointment was never actually scheduled by someone named Connor on the phone. Was essentially put on a 2 hour wait list to get the worst service ever. I believe the tech's name was Ben and they were not helpful at all. They did not inspect the tires properly and came to the conclusion we needed a brand new tire. Shortly after, not even a couple of minutes, Ben reports the rim is too damaged and can't change it at all. Overall, did not even do a single ounce of labor and had to go home with nothing done. We live an hour away so 4 hours, 20 bucks of gas wasted, and nothing to show for. I don't recommend this place at all as they are nothing compared to Washington State and Idaho state locations. Service is terrible and I guess the only great thing was that the popcorn machine was working. Go to Evans Tires or Discount Tire in your local San Diego area. Oh they even told me my lifetime warranty was expired. So not sure how that even works these days."

"My tire was punctured by a nail at night, I came to the store at 8:10 in the morning, Konner received us, our English is not good, Konner is very patient and nice, I drew a picture and told him it was the right rear tire, and he told I'm about half an hour to 40 minutes and it's 8:40 and the tire is fixed Noah did it for me, awesome, thanks for the work, it's great! I think I will come to you for services such as changing tires on my car in the future. Your work is so great and so important!"
