"After going to the one on Antelope for 10+ years they couldn't make my drink right alot so the mgr (very nicely) told me to go to another Starbucks and I'm glad I did. These guys make it right every time without being told how. Thanks for sending me to this one...its amazing"

"I took my son to training, thought I’d get a cappuccino at Starbucks, stopped at the drive-thru and ordered a cappuccino with one sugar and left a dollar tip. I left and tasted warm milk without coffee, but I had no time to go back. I stopped by to see them after training and said that they sold me milk instead of cappuccino, the employee was not happy but remade my cappuccino, tried this cappuccino in the car and threw it away. It was impossible to drink the bitter taste of double or triple espresso. I was very polite and did not conflict. But the employee decided to take revenge on me. That day I didn’t manage to drink my usual cappuccino."

"Worst experience of my life driving to this 24-hour Starbucks when they had a sign posted saying they were close for maintenance from 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. I showed up at 4:05 and was left at the door ignored by four people Even after one of them. Gestured the classic 1 minute finger gesture but then left me at the door for another 5 minutes. I called and was talked to very rudely by a gentleman When I asked about my refund. He reminded me again They just got to work even though I was aware of the issue of their maintenance prior because of co-workers running into the same issue at this Starbucks earlier, AND I had been at the door watching them for about 10 minutes. I put in a mobile order before I got to the store. The order went through and then I got a notification that my order was ready but when I asked about it I didn't get a straight answer. I asked about my refund. I was told I can come back at 4:30 or go to another store which frankly doesn't make any sense when it comes to getting a refund. I wanted to deal with the same person that I was talking to on the phone and when I asked what time he was working until I was brushed off and he reiterated that the Starbucks is open 24 hours. If you're going to be open at 4:30, don't have a sign in your drive-thru that says close from 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. additionally, if somebody is at your door with a question and there's four people inside, maybe update your sign or let them know the status has changed."

"Open 24hrs? Not exactly. Drive thru 24hrs inside till 8pm.. this needs to be somehow addressed in their description/hours I’m not the only one coming in thinking it’s open later. This would be an awesome location if they at least were open inside to 9 or 10pm. Overall good service pretty friendly staff clean inside and the açaí strawberry black tea lemonade was pretty refreshing on this 105* weather day."
