Panera Bread 2731 Del Paso Road, Sacramento, CA 95835

"My friend ordered a chipotle chicken sandwich. We were told it was a 30 minute wait which is a little odd for a panera but okay... Then we got the sandwich. We don't know what my friend received but it definitely wasn't what he ordered. See photo below. He pulled apart the sandwich but he has too many allergies and was concerned about the sauce. This was my first time at a panera on the West Coast but I certainly know panera doesn't operate like this on the east coast. What my friend received was a certifiable pile of uninspired garbage. This is really upsetting that a panera can get away with this level of service and quality."

"This location has really gone downhill. The floor has been sticky or dirty on several occasions. The tables are not always the cleanest. This particular time I went, the cashier was super slow. And it wasn't a slow like she's new and still learning, it was a slow like maybe she was high or something. She got my order wrong twice. And the sandwich that they did get right, looked so disgusting! I couldn’t even eat it. It was supposed to be a bacon avocado sandwich. But as you can see in the picture, it was barely any avocado or bacon on it. And it was burnt af! My broccoli and cheddar soup that is normally thick and creamy, was super watery and bland. Maybe they just had an off night. Idk, but I won't be going back to find out."

"I work in delivery, I’ve already come here 6 times in the morning and wait 30-40 minutes for the simplest order, it takes a very long time to prepare in the morning, I won’t take orders from here again. The last order waited 45 minutes!!! I’m writing to the support service, they called the store, I see this phone number, it’s ringing, dozens of employees walk by, no one picks up, it’s a terrible place."

"OMG was this ever delicious!! I had the chipotle avocado chicken melt. Look it up! Amazing flavor! The cold brew coffee was wow as well! The sandwich was soo filling. Atmosphere is cozy and mod, service is great and super knowledgeable and helpful, view of the outside at this location is beautiful. It was worth the money and trip to beautiful Sacramento."
