"I placed an online order for delivery and when I closed out the website it also closed out the page that allowed me to track my order. So I called the store to see if they can help me track it and the shift manager was rude and tells me there was nothing that they could do about it. It was his deliverance that was rude and it seemed like he was trying to rush me off the phone. He needs to work on his customer service skills and they need to update their website so online orders are able to track orders after its been placed. Never again with this place."
"Employees can’t hear me because they are wearing AirPods so they keep repeating the same thing over and over. Want the hot and ready pizza , don’t bother they never have it ready it’s always “that will be 15 minutes “ frustrating when I’m trying to pick up a quick lunch and make it back to work."
