"I was overcharged for returning crutches a day early. After asking the employe why I was being charged extra she gave me an attitude stating that it was because I didn’t keep the crutches the whole week. This place is ridiculous."
"Rexall Drug is a well known store from back in the day. It’s part pharmacy, part gift shop, part local artisan store, part kids gift store and a lot lot more. Even with all the different types of products in the store it is laid out well and has space for customers to walk comfortably. There are great Los Osos souvenirs and t shirts. Lots of holiday wares are dispersed throughout the store on different tables. There are so many great gift options. I would also recommend if you’re buying a gift for a younger child they’ve got lots of good toys and books on the back left of the store. Also there’s local ice cream points in the back to take home as well. Great selection of chocolates by the register as well."

Jason, owner and head pharmacist, goes out of his way to help clients, listening to their concerns and supplying accurate, detailed information. The staff is similarly exceptionally friendly and helpful. Delivers, too. Los Osos Rexall makes a real contribution to the community!"
