"I ordered a bean burrito and a chicken quesadilla..They were both horrible,the sauce in the quesadilla was spoiled and smelled very bad, as well as what was in the burrito. Very disapointed in my money wasted!!!"

"I really don't enjoy being asked to back up my car and drive forward every time I go through the drive thru. Look, I used to work at Taco Bell and I understand that it helps lower your average time per car so corporate bosses don't get on your case but it's just a weird request and is rather annoying. Also, I know its not fun working fast food but try to sound like you're at least alive when talking to the customer on the intercom. Do better guys."
"Very slow at the counter. It took a few to give them my order. All i wanted was rice and refried beans. In the cup. The cups were the tiniest cups, not even half full with rice. The beans were worse.. They looked old. Like they were sitting, waiting to be bought. I was very very disappointed."
