"Sales clerk has wrong knowledge about motor oil. He told me that if I use conventional oil after I had used synthetic it would ruin my engine. That is not true. I think he did not want to bother to do the return and get me the correct motor oil. He even told me that his computer says my car that's conventional oil, but had given me the synthetic since I ask for Mobil one, instead of him telling me that me car needed conventional oil he just got the synthetic since Mobile one only makes synthetic oils. Wow all consumer must Google many times your concerns about your car, because the Auto Zone clerks and other auto store are out for an easy, lazy of way work. In my case if I would use synthetic oil my old engine would leak through the main bearing seals costing up to thousands off dollars."

"Went to purchase wiper blades and one of the sizes was not in stock on the shelf. I went to ask one of the employees behind the counter if he could check to see if they had any. He said, just what we have on the shelf. I asked if he could check stock for me in another store. He typed on the keyboard like for 2 seconds and said. They don’t make that size in that brand. I knew he was wrong. What brads would skip a size.? I told my husband and he said there is a sku for that brand on the display. The employee obviously doesn’t not appreciate his job. We ended up leaving and not purchasing anything. It was too early for Sunday morning disappointments. I hope you do better in vetting your employees and rewards those that go above and beyond. I would give it a 1 start but it would not be fair to the employees that were actually helping other customers."

"This is the 3rd time I have came and they tell me there only taking card. There that lazy they count there drawer with 30 minutes still open. Horrible service. Lame Lol"

"All 4 employees in this store today do not care about their job. The part I need says it's in inventory, there's 5like it as well and no-one has a clue where any of them are located in the store nor the willingness to look. "Sorry we don't have it" Is their solution and I heard the same words to many customers. Hire new staff that care. The guy with the braces looked at me like I had three heads when I suggested that he may look around and find it in the back. I bet $100 what I need is in that store yet I'm driving to a different location. Fire them all!!! Find staff that care about what they do, and also fix inventory issues and locations of parts."
