"Horrible customer service. I asked the worker if he could give me hand with carrying out a car battery because I was buying other iteams and was told to wait until he “clears his line.” This guy didn’t want take a quick second to help even with my car parked right in the front. The level of customer service is horrible and clearly they don’t know how to handle pressure with people who are inline. I will never visit this store again.Also just to add I asked for a cart on a different occasion and was offered a target shopping cart. I have nothing against o’Reilly’s as a company but this store definitely needs some attention. Trust me fellow readers I know. I’ve been in the parts world working a parts front counter for over 13 years."
