"This location is my closest local auto parts shop, and I come here often for minor parts and car accessories like air fresheners, car wash products, etc. The reason I come back is because i enjoy walking in and seeing everything so clean and organized every time. The floors are always literally squeaky clean. This is important to me and it keeps me coming back!! Also, i have only had good experiences with the employees there, and they always have what im looking for."

"The Woman I spoke to you on the phone was very rude to me I came in two days before and ordered parts and paid cash for my parts but I could not go back and get them till today And I have my receipt , as my daughter was hurt badly in an auto accident and I was at the Hospital with her my wife is also having seizures I told her that’s why I did not go back she said you already picked up one part I said I didn’t even go back there otherwise I would have both parts that dose not make any sense, then she got an attitude I told her I said look at your security cameras I did not go back there you show me where I went back and picked up the part you will have a record of it , it is easy to look at the security footage with a timestamp, she did not want to do that she said OK just come down here and will give you the part scandalous , I gave the review 1. ⭐️ because I do like O’Reilly and the Quality of the parts and selection but ,no I just don’t like the customer service ,will not be returning back to this store or patronize it again"
