"I wouldn't recommend them customer service sucks I would recommend them if you could go in there and pick up your product cuz they currently do not have a number that you could call customer service everything's done through email unless whoever it is behind the scenes want to give you a personal number but it ain't what it's made out to be the product is probably much more better than a customer service if those two things coordinated together man they have an amazing company I started to get skeptical when I was givin a delivery date but UPS never received the package on top of that there's dozens of similar reviews just like mine plus their disclaimer is completely handicap on sided it only benefits them cuz once that package leave their warehouse You're stuck or whatever you got you just better hope it's the right one or better yeah you better just hope you get one and the crazy part about it I'm still going to try to get me a supe brace got to be money over hand like we do in the streets. Perhaps you might be better off just pulling up to where they located in Huntington Beach and shopping there if you're local I don't knock the product I just knock whoever is behind the scenes"

"I misplaced my Superbrace fork brace dusk cover (2007 Honda GL-1800) and screws after my forks were removed for seals replacement. I contacted Superbrace on their official site, which displayed item was on back order. A followup email was sent about two weeks later to them about the projected time for replacement being available. They reply it was and the website needed to be updated. A week later not updated. Anyway I was able to order this product about two weeks later and specifically noted through all my correspondences it must include the necessary screws for proper installation. I was charged $10 for shipping and arrived without the screws. Screws were a bear to find. This company shows no urgency to its customers and responses were slow and incomplete. My order # 5260 for verification. Will use alternate product in the future."
