"Overall I feel like there was a lack of care for the car. Upon return, trash was left in my car, my steering wheel wasn't protected and was covered in dirt and auto grease, and my car was returned at 30% battery!! Never been to a dealer that cares so little about a customer's vehicle. Every other VW in this region at least has the smallest modem of respect to keep the interior clean and go above my giving it a wash before return. Go elsewhere and save money with a better experience. Photos attached below of trash, grease marks, and a napkin after wiping down my wheel. Absolutely disgusting"
