"Very quiet Thursday night, late start (730) for a birthday celebration dinner. Must admit I was worried that neither Henry nor his Brother in law were there. But Seenia (sp?) took such good care of us. Our table had four plates of focaccia and oil, carpacio, caprese, Caesar salad, both specials, linguine scampi, tortellini Alfredo, pappardelle, the pesto pizza, (sooo good) a nice Napa wine (all wines are very reasonable) a large birthday tiramisu to share. We tested them and they still had us out by 9:00 not rushed At All. Such a wonderful night. That’s why we love coming here. We don’t go out often, but we come here often. Thank you Via Roma!"

"The restaurant owner Henry is the best. I will follow him to whichever Via Roma location he is working! I live really close to the Rocklin location, but because last Friday night in Rocklin was packed and I really wanted to try the beautiful Valentine's Day special of Pappardelle Creamy Smoked Salmon, I made a special 8 mile trip to try the Lincoln location for the first time. Using my culinary experiences from the Rocklin location, my favorite dishes are the Linguine Scampi and Fettuccine Pollo. Cioppino is offered the first weekend of every month, and that's what usually draws me in. Both the Mista and Caesar Salads have tender leafy greens and are generous portion sizes. I love the house red wine, Ca Momi Rosso di Napa. You receive a complimentary plate of focaccia bread with a balsamic vinegar and olive oil dip. Servers always remember to offer you more bread. The Pappardelle Creamy Smoked Salmon was a huge portion, probably meant to be shared for Valentine's Day. I should have saved half to bring home, but I gobbled it all up! Rich and creamy sauce. The pasta is fresh and homemade. I enjoyed the bite of the chopped asparagus in it. Look at how long the pappardelle is in my photo! The 3-course Dinner Promo offered Sundays to Thursdays (currently $32 as of Feb 2023) has always been a great deal! Choose either soup or salad and any pasta. Tiramisu is your dessert, and you can order one glass of house red wine or house white wine for just $6. The Lincoln location may not feel as cozy and inviting as the Rocklin location, but it is twice as big and has a party room. Only Henry is talented, brave, and business savvy enough to successfully open a 2nd restaurant location during the pandemic!!! You can tell that his restaurant employees like and respect him. I'm pretty sure every customer who knows him loves him. Celebrate your special events here (they'll sing Happy Birthday for you and light a candle!) and enjoy a fabulous Italian meal at Via Roma."
