"Our daughter, Carrie, had just bought a Craigslist vehicle. The very next day it would not start! Big Q took outstanding care of her and her car, giving advice, repairing it the most affordable way possible, and checking it over thoroughly. She is an extremely happy customer!"

"Went to this place a few years back to get a second check up about the health of my newly purchased second-hand F150 which had previously been called in "excellent" shape. After the salesperson going into all the sob stories of how the world is run by deceptive psychopaths that abuse the vulnerable for wealth, he ran the test on my truck and came up with a 3 page list of all the things that needed repair, knowing I was dead broke, suggesting I can take out loans to pay off the loads of expenses. I threw the list in the trash, and during the coarse of the three years after that REPULSIVE visit to Big Q, I used the wonderful truck daily while the only thing I had to do for maintenance was an oil and battery change during that time."

"800$ to replace and put on two control arms - its a 75$ part - but they charged me 220$ a piece and 400$ to put them on - it takes a good mechanic about an hour to get them both on - charges me for 200$ an hour - 2.) charged me $320 to put on an MAF sensor/ spark plugs/ air filter -and 600$ to replace fuel pump and fuel filter. the classic up charge mechanic, if something takes 15-30 minutes we charge for an hour Something takes one hour we charge for two if something takes two hours we charge for three.. dont recommend."

"“Michael the best” helped us change our brakes with the fairest/most competitive price. We shopped around but Michael just reassured us and made us feel like my uncle was working on my car. Good trust, good mechanics, very honest. Quick, and with an ease of mind. Thank you!"

"I took my car here because the buyer wanted to make sure it was in top notch condition before she initiated the purchase. It was the first time for both of us coming here and I agreed to her requests because an honest seller like myself - would never deny mechanic inspections. This pre-purchase inspection was done on a 2006 Toyota Matrix with 158k original miles. I never got a name from the guy at the front desk because there wasn't a proper greeting and/or introduction. Guy says he will hand over the CarFax paperwork once the inspection was done, yet he didn't and my buyer still got charged $145. Fast forward, when the inspection was done, guy at the front desk printed a good amount of paged repair orders of $400-$800 on such parts that weren't even necessary to be replaced (before I get ahead of myself let's hit the details of today's Big Q's experience). On the repair orders, there listed front lower control arm bushings were shot/deteriorated, leaking engine oil pan gasket, leaking automatic transmission oil pan gasket, spark plugs need replacing, transmission fluid needs replacing, and my CV Axle boots were torn and leaking grease. From my experience, there's NO ISSUE with my front lower control arms since I've RECENTLY replaced them with MOOG ones. I'm not dumb like you guys thinking I don't know anything about maintaining my car. Also mentioning the leaking pan gaskets? I specifically requested them to power wash the pan and show me EXACTLY where it's leaking from, he hesitated and said "We charge $140 to power wash." The price literally came out of his bottoms because I doubt payments will be necessary. Is it that difficult to come clean? I know for a fact that nothing's leaking underneath because I maintain my own vehicle in accordingly to manufacturer's specifications. If the BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) was with me, the shop would be asked to shut down nonetheless for their dishonesty to their consumers. I am so blessed to have developed trust with my buyer and she accepted to join me on a trip to FIRESTONE TIRES for a second opinion. I gave Big Q my benefit of the doubt but from this day onwards, never will I recommend them to anyone due to dishonesty and a robber to their customers. After making a trip to Firestone, they concluded with me and my buyer that with the repair orders that Big Q had passed onto us, they were exceedingly false. There was nothing wrong with my lower control arm bushings nor were there excess leaks on both of my oil pans and also my CV joints were looking solid without grease leaking. Therefore in conclusion, BIG Q WAS A LET DOWN AND I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THERE EVER AGAIN. FIRST AND LAST TIME. If anyone needs their car serviced on a Sunday, disregard the BIG Q, and just drive to Firestone. Make sure to make an appointment because they don't accept walk-in services. I got lucky on my end because there were cancellations today so they filled me in! Safe to say I was able to sell my 2006 Toyota Matrix for a fair and reasonable price without losing hope that I'll get busted by Big Q! Have a splendid day everyone. Keep in mind that NOT ALL SHOPS CAN BE TRUSTED. Some will rob you and mess you over for who knows how much."
