"I have been trying to reach the court house to get records for the last two weeks. I have called every morning, waiting on hold for 30 minutes then a recording comes on to say that due to circumstances beyond their control they cannot take my call. This happens everyday. Then I wait a little while and call back and I get the same recording. I no longer live in California so I cannot simply walk down to the court house to get what I need! Is it really that hard to answer the phone during the limited time provided?"
