"I’m pretty sure their parts are Original. Way better quality than what Amazon will have but you will pay more. It was still cheaper than getting a new dryer. You should do some research on the part you need so you can visually verify you are getting the right part."

"Very disappointed with them. I special ordered a small gas line for my Kenmore stove on 7/8/2021. It was back ordered. Was told I couldn't cancel due to special order. Cost $84.60. Went back several times to check. Still hadn't arrived. Found part at a used appliance store. Went back today 10/19 2022 to try to cancel. They found part had arrived 12/2021. Told them I didn't need it anymore. Couldn't cancel. Stuck with part. Why couldn't they call. They had my number. Horrible service. Took 467 days to get part. Unacceptable. Beware."
