The guy at the desk was nice, knowledgeable, friendly, etc. Price was great and it was easy to use the coupon i had on my phone from the website. Took one star off because the mechanics who worked on my truck left black oil stains on my door handle, steering wheel, and seats. I was able to clean it off with some cleaning solution and scrubbing, but that's why I did not give 5 stars."
"Good customer service. But they lied about my tires. They told me I had a nail on the wall of my tire and that I needed a new set. Knowing that a tire wall puncture is critical, I had them install a new set. This time I asked for my old tires (still looking new) and when I got home to inspect them, I saw there was a nail on the thread of the tire. I inspected the interior of the tire and the nail didn't even go through the inner tire. In other words, there was no damage to my tire."
