"Horrible. Picked up my washer, supposedly fixed it, charged me $300. The washer didn't work. He came back took my washer and never returned it. I called a million times and similar to other reviews he wouldn't pick up, when he accidentally did he would claim he was on his way to return it, or he would say he was out of town and that a worker would return. He took my $300 and my washer. He is dishonest, unprofessional, and a thief."

"Our refrigerator was leaking water. I called up RAUL and said he'd be there the next Monday at 10am. No-show. He called later and said he be there at 5:30pm. He showed up at 6:30pm. RAUL said (without investigating the fridge) that the problem was the thermostat and that it would cost $225 to replace. He replaced the thermostat and we paid him. The next day, we noticed the fridge was still leaking. I texted RAUL, since that was how he seemed to like to communicate, asking him to come back and take a look. No response. I called him the next day. Said he got COVID, can't come. Fine. I called him a week later. No answer. Texted him no answer. Texted him again. No answer. Called him, he finally answered. Pretended not to remember who I was or to have received my texts. I told RAUL what the issue was, and he said he'd call me write back. Didn't call me back. Texted him the next day, no answer. Called him, no answer. Then I started calling him frequently. He answered, and again pretended not to remember our previous conversation, but said he'd be there the following Monday at 10am. Come Monday, RAUL was a no-show again. Called him several times that morning and no answer. I finally called him using my work phone, and HE ANSWERED, the scumbag. He said the guy he works with was "on the way" and that he'd call me right back to confirm. Of course, he didn't. I sent him a text message telling him I wanted a refund. Then he called me back saying "What am I supposed to do if I can't get ahold of my guy?" I'm filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau. If you look up his business on BBB, there is at least one complaint against him, to which he did not respond. The bottom line is that RAUL VELASSQUEZ is incompetent, lazy, and dishonest. Read the reviews and you'll understand. Don't waste your time with RAUL VELASSQUEZ."

"My mom called Raul to come and fix our washer and dryer! He supposedly fixed them and charged my mom $500.00 but the machines never worked! As a matter of fact he left them in much worse condition than the way they were originally! He was supposed to come at 1:00 p.m. but he instead came at 2:00 p.m. He is not even punctual or trustworthy! He claims to be a professional at fixing all sorts of appliances but he is in fact a hustler who only pockets your money and leaves you high and dry when the time of the truth comes! He came on Wednesday to supposedly work on repairing these machines but in reality, he broke them down! Yesterday when we were trying to wash a lode of black clothes the washer wouldn't even spin! Well, guest what everyone! Our lode of clothes is stil swimming in a pool of soapy water because when my mom called him at 2:00 p.m. to report the problem he promised to come back at 4:00 p.m to see what was going on but 4:00 p.m. came and wen and he never showed up! She called him twice at 6:00 p.m. but he didn't even bother to answer the phone! After he supposedly changed the washer's transmission and changed the ruined coils on the dryer I asked him if he cleaned the lint from the back of the lin trap and he claimed he did but yesterday I cought him in the lie! I sincerely hope that someone reports him to the better business bureau or to the department of consumer affairs so that they can close his so-called appliance repair shopp permanently! In this way he will never steal any more large sums of cash from any one of his innicent victims again! Perhaps this would only be god's way of making him pay for his heartlessness! P.S. This swindler tricks you into paying him for supposedly fixing your appliances but in reality he purposely breaks them down or he leaves them in worse condition than they originally were so that he can take them from you, repair them and resell them elsewhere pocketing the money that is rightfully yours! My mom and I know perfectly well that he broke our machines to get back at her for not wanting to buy two machines that were much larger from his so-called business due to lack of space! I sincerely hope that this review of mine serves to alert the general public about the fact that this so-called appliance mechanic is nothing more than a cheat and a liar who only extorts people by making them waste money that they don't have!"

"This company is not professional. They are not on time. I had an appointment scheduled for 10am Saturday and Raul didn’t show up until 2pm. He made excuses so I believed them. He fixed my dryer however now it doesn’t heat up.I called him and said he would come around 4-5pm yesterday Monday and still hasn’t came."

"He's really good and he fix my dryer in less then 5 minutes I give him a 5 star I col some one else before him bat the Oder technician want to charge my 50 dollar more"
