"I purchased a 3 door fridge from this company and let me tell you what a joke. The fridge doesn’t work just flashes the led light and displays random numbers on the display. I’ve tried emailing customer service multiple times, called multiple times just keep getting the run around. This company is a joke. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY advise you to purchase from somewhere else."

"I was looking for a fridge for my pool bar. I found a double door back bar fridge on their website that looked like it would work. I called the number listed and spoke to a lady and I told her the measurements that I needed. I told her that I needed a fridge no taller than 33 inches. She sent me a picture of the fridge, and her tape measure showed right at 33 inches or maybe just a little under. When the fridge arrived, it was more than 2 inches taller than what she had showed me. After spending $1000 on the fridge, I am getting absolutely nowhere with their customer service. The fridge did arrive in its original packing which consisted of a cardboard box, shrink wrap, and foam pieces on the corners. After unpacking it, I noticed scratches on the top and the side. I took pictures and told the driver, but all the driver did was give me a phone number to call, which was absolutely worthless. I have tried going on two weeks now to speak to the manager, but I am getting nowhere. The lady that I originally dealt with keeps telling me the manager is either in meetings or has not come into the office yet. It seems this manager has a lot of meetings or simply doesn’t exist. I would never buy anything from this company again. Absolutely terrible customer service and all I get is the runaround. I hope whoever reads this post takes this into consideration and does not purchase anything from this company. I should have done my research, but lesson learned."

"This company deserves NO STARS at all! The absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced! Ordered a 2 door fridge/freezer combo in December 2022...delivery happened in February 2023...delivered damaged...we took pictures, had customer service on the phone and they advised to reject shipment which is what we did. I have had no success at all in my attempt to get a replacement unit. I have documentation from the shipping company that the unit was returned to their warehouse but to-date they still have $2K that they have not reimbursed nor have they gotten us a replacement."

"Ordered a 3 door cooler. Arrived with a damaged door. Driver took pics, I took pics and emailed them to the company. Agreed to keep the cooler if I could receive a discount. Shipper said have chefaaa send them an invoice with the price so they could proceed with a claim. Six weeks and several phone calls and emails later-no response. Given the run around on the phone EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Shipper claims they can’t move forward without the invoice- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Update!!! After posting this review the company wanted me to take it down for $100. That’s dirty business. Still no invoice"

"Just ordered a three-door fridge for 3400 it took them 2 weeks to deliver and just left it in front of my business on a crate which I had spent the whole day trying to get out by myself and had to go buy a saw. Then by time I got it in my tenants said that the refrigerator did not work and the off and on switch was damaged and the refrigerator did not come on. I've reached out to them about 3 or 4 times and still no response. No I have to call someone to fix my brand new refrigerator that I'm still paying on because I need it for my business right now. Also had scratches.. the damage was not from me it was very easy to take off the crate on top it was the bottom of my head a hard time with as the wheels were stuck between the pallet."
