"I'm still back and forth with if I like the coffee. The first 2 times we came the lady was rude (same person both times) the the 3rd time and Erin was an absolute pleasure. She was the sweetest and has great customer service. The staff inside were nice today too."

"Ordered online to beat the rush; online order estimate time of pick-up was DRAMATICALLY different than what the store had in their system. By an hour! Got there, realized this and was treated rudely because I was there early. Never got an apology and still unsure if I got a refund. It was awesome to see all the stand by people getting their drinks before mine (that ordered an hour ahead). The online ordering system needs serious work - this is not right."

"My new starbucks replacement. These drinks are so fun, sweet, and tasty. It makes me excited to get my day started lol. I recommend any of their blended drinks and the snickerdoodle latte if you like sweet drinks. The only thing is that sometimes the drinks are inconsistent. Some days they are sweeter or more bitter than others."

"Finally a Better Buzz in South Bay! Love their coffee, it's way better than Starbucks. Found out about them years ago through a coworker when I worked in Escondido and at that time better buzz was only in the northern part of San Diego, hopefully we get some more locations in Chula Vista."
