"I found PowerOn through Yelp. They were very quick at communicating and offered several time slots to assist us. They ended up coming out within a couple of hours. Our technician was quick and focused and after an hour let us know the issue and overall cost. Unfortunately, our washer is second hand and not worth us investing money into at this point. The technician was understanding and extended his availability should we decide to move forward with the repairs. Overall an easy and smooth experience. "I have a 18+ year old downdraft stove exhaust. Two years ago, we were told the motor would need to be repaired. Not one to jump on added expenses, we waited until the noise started to haunt us in our dreams. The first call was to the manufacturer, who told us the part is discontinued, and no part on the market is compatible. Buying a similar appliance is $3K plus, so I reached out to a couple of repair companies, with no luck. UNTIL I got in touch with PowerOn. The initial visit was complimentary (unlike others who wanted at least $80 for the visit - not be applied to the repair). The tech showed up on time, and was professional. We were told the motor would have to go with him to be repaired offsite. A few days later, the repair was completed and the part was brought back and installed. It worked great. We didn't use it for two days, and when we did the first time the high motor setting made a horrific noise (the lower settings were quiet). I contacted PowerON (honestly, expecting to be told I was out of luck) and was told that they would come out again to repair it. Another visit, by Kirill and a team member (kirill is professional; friendly; and I felt at ease with him), and the unit was taken again for more repair. A few days later, it was brought back and installed. I am appreciative of the fact that they were transparent with me, and cared enough to make a few trips to my home to complete the job. No regrets here, and very high recommendations from me"
