"I am a BestBuy total tech member & I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 12 years. This is the first time I’ve experienced such atrocious customer service in BestBuy. I went to return an open box video game. The agent said, it’s not returnable. I showed her the app where it lets me return it as open box. She called her supervisor mr. Carlos Chavez (senior repair agent) & we had basically the same conversation. I asked him where does it state I can’t return it & he said in the website & proceeded to walk away. I told him not to walk away from the conversation & he said he already did. I walk in front of the counter to ask him to stay & he pointed finger at me & said to step outside (which I clearly was & nowhere near his “territory”). Asked his name & he simply threw his card on the table & walked away. He clearly isn’t a supervisor & doesn’t have any customer service skills. Totally unacceptable & I’ll see the end of this issue. I’ll reach out to the corporate & if not resolved, they’ll hear from my lawyer."

"Single ladies- do you miss the feeling of being ignored by your partner when a football game is on? If so, then I have the thing for you...Best Buy in the West Hollywood Gateway location. Today I was attempting to troubleshoot issues with office computers, and my needs would not deter most of the computer staff from avoiding eye contact or simply ignoring customers so they could watch Travis Swift score a touchdown. I had to come back a second time to make an exchange, because the first product sold to me was wrong and I was delighted to note that I was equally as insignificant when the Lions were playing the 49ers. Try it yourself- it's great, because you can be ignored by a whole staff and not just one person."

"The rating is for customer service. Through the Best Buy app I tracked down the last of a specific InstaPot air fryer I wanted. When I arrived at the store, a customer service rep named Love hustled around the floor to find the last box but no luck. Another colleague jumped in to help, and within seconds tracked down my erstwhile air fryer. Many thanks to Love and the Best Buy staff for their diligence."

"Purchased item A and item B both on 12/29/2023 for next day delivery. Item A got delivered no problem! Item B changed to delayed instead. The holiday weekend would get in the way of a next day delivery if rescheduled. The issue arose on 1/2/2024 as the delivery date now changed to 1/13/2024. The item was still available to purchase with next day delivery according to the website. I had to chat with two different agents online because the first was useless and said nothing could be done since the price had increased since the day of purchase. The second agent recommended i purchase instore instead, even though the item was still available for next day delivery. After unnecessary back and forward, the agent finally came to their senses and asked a supervisor if they could price match and I repurchase the exact same item. Well I repurchased the item for delivery 1/6/2024. So now I had Item B delayed with delivery date of 1/13/2024, and Item C with delivery of 1/6/2024. Well MAGICALLY, both item B and C now showed out for delivery on 1/3/2024. To my surprise only the replacement (Item C) was delivered via FedEx. Item be was marked delivered but no where to be found! I gave it until 1/6/2024 just incase. I requested a refund for Item B, well by 1/7/2024 I received notification that my REPLACEMENT was on its way but DELAYED! Well it has been none stop chatting with agents, each more incompetent than the previous from then until today. They all have a different story of how the refund process works. I find it to be an embarrassment what Best Buy considers customer service. It is almost a month not and I do not have the original item in hand or my money. How much longer do I need to wait? I need resolution immediately! $661.99 can not just be floating around with no explanation to me. I have since decided to return item C as well as I do not want any more business with Best Buy at this point until this is resolved!"

"Do yourself a favor and avoid this Best Buy like the plague. They'll probably be shut down in a year or so anyway. It is genuinely the WORST retail store I've ever had to shop at; the employees won't help you and as a matter of fact they'll go out of their way NOT to help you, avoiding eye contact so you don't take them away from their conversations with their fellow employees who are also doing absolutely nothing. They don't want you in their store and they make sure you know it. Not a single person came to ask us if we needed help finding anything. All the employees were grouped together; one group of them at the back of the store and one near the front; all of them next to the products I don't doubt they receive commission for: the cell phones and appliances. Even the security guard didn't want to do his job -- bro was on his phone the whole time, and walked off the sales floor to continue his conversation. Just skip it. Go to another Best Buy or better yet, order your stuff online. These people don't want your business."
