"At this McDonald's because it's privately owned They have double their prices!!! items like a sausage McMuffin is usually $2.19 at other places Here is $4.89. I ask the manager she was rude about it and said we're privately owned so those are our prices! I understand that, but is outrageous! I don't appreciate that and I'm don't recommend this McDonalds"

"It took us 45 minutes just to be able to order & receive our food. There was not an overwhelming amount of people... I honestly don't understand why it took sooooooo long!! When we got our food, it was entirely what we had ordered, but we didn't go back to correct it for fear of waiting for even more time!! I am highly disappointed & don't really look forward to go back."

"So after speaking with junior manager about a free dessert coupon redeemable only at a Moreno Valley location with the name Anthony Mangione and no expiration date, I was told that they have a new policy not to accept said coupon and that he would get in trouble with his manager that was there in the kitchen. I asked to speak with them and was told to wait. While waiting I called the help line and was told that this was the correct McDs associated with the name Anthony Mangione and that they should honor the coupon as this is not the wrong location. 30 minutes later still no manager...Avoid this place at all costs!!! If I didn't have the coupon and gift cards I never would have come here! Too bad a $4.19 mcflurry was a reason for a dissatisfied customer and disappointed kids looking to share a dessert...To add to the incompetence we ordered 2 cheeseburgers 2 large fries & a 20 piece chicken nuggets...recieved 4 burgers and 4 fries...no wonder this place is a disaster! ...2 sweet & sour sauces for a 20 piece, worthless and disrespectful...40 minutes later still no manager...they are busy there is a lot of orders...sad..."

"I'm not a fan of McDonald's, my grandchildren are. This place couldn't be any slower if they tried to. The few times I've been here, they seem to have run out of any given item. The people her are friendly, polite, and accommodating. The food, if you love it, you love it. My grandchildren do."

"Convenience spot, product compromised do to the highest demand and low staff. You have to wait over 30min to get your order and all wrong. Sadly McDonald's location to get food. This place needs more staff, at least 2 managers front and back and please be nice to your employees they are working beyond they capacity to push them to the edge. I suggest to send a a real store manager director or just closed this location if this owner can't handle an amazing brand *Food Chain* don't compromise quality and service for your own interests, mistakes will happen and lawsuit will come daily."
