Bloom Ice Cream + Coffee

"Reply to business reply: last time i got a similar amount of ice cream, but not the exact item, as i stated. Complaining as a customer when i literally ordered something without asking the size, and making the assumption it would be nearly the same as a month ago when it was under the same category, was my bad, I guess. So i just took the cost and learned to ask for specifics each time. But that doesn't change that $1.50/ oz of ice cream is a lot. I'm entitled to my opinion, and i paid in full. I don't owe anything. ((Was happy w it until they changed the portion sizes. A month ago i got the same size as this poster(right) for$6 and today for$6 i got a small cup w 1 scoop(left) what a rip off.))"

"I was driving back from riverside to temecula and was in need of a cappuccino to wake me up. I stopped in Lake Elsinore at this cafe. Usually, when I order cappuccinos, they are made incorrectly. That was not the case at Bloom Cafe. It was pretty late (around 7), and when I walked in, both of the girls were attentive and kept themselves busy by cleaning. If I ever need a late night pick me up, I will definitely go here. I sat outside the cafe and had my cup of coffee. I noticed 5 or 6 people come into the cafe after me and be severed quickly. This place is cute and worth the support!"
